GET TO KNOW ME
It was my grandfather who first taught me how to plant a seed. I only use to eat his tomatoes. No other tomato had that same flavor! I had no idea that this little garden in Queens, NY would be my catalyst into my health and wellness journey. The biggest decisions in my life are made around the environment. I fell in love with nature. What felt most natural to me was movement. I knew something needed to be done to change the trajectory of our society. I decided to use movement as a tool to inspire people to be healthier and to open up the conversation around how we can only be as healthy as our environment. I love what I do. I feel like I can make an impact across generations. I’m thrilled to say that I’ve learned from so many trained professionals in my field. I know that I still have so much to learn from others in the industry. I’m a hard worker, a team player and excited to see what projects could benefit from my unique skill set.
